Name: I.R.M.A.
Acronym for: Interval Regulating Modular Array
Concept: Teleportation
Capability: Allows the user to manipulate the distance between two points within a radius of 4,716 miles. Effectively this allows the user to transport to anywhere on(or slightly off of) Earth. The device is powered by the vital energies of its user, and drains stamina when utilized; that said, despite its usefulness the device doesn’t require as much energy as one would expect, and is programmed not to allow a user to make a jump which would incapacitate them either due to arriving within solid matter or expending enough energy to kill themselves. These failsafes can, of course, be overwritten but there has not yet been need to do so.
Origin: Quwren built IRMA himself after years of study, trial and error, and intense research into the fundamental laws of space. The Irma is named after an interplanetary racing champ who Quwren met a long time ago.

Name: K.O.B.A.S.T.I.S.
Acronym for: Keep Offering Biological Alien Specimen Templates In Stasis
Concept: Genetic Sample Reserve
Capability: Kobastis stores the genetic information on numerous alien species it has made contact with; processing information, cataloguing significant genetic markers, determining mutations or alterations and keeping significant samples in a stasis library for potential future study or tinkering. In essence it is a sample freezer which is capable of preserving tissue samples of species encountered throughout space.
Origin: Archivist homeworld 131. Originally developed as a time capsule for the semi-immortal species to keep a living history of other species. Quwren came upon it after an interstellar war taught the Archivists that Immortal and Invulnerable were not the same thing, as while time had no effect on them the weapons of the Arunax military certainly did, wiping them off the face of numerous worlds. Quwren found the Kobastis in a pile of debris on his home asteroid and eventually named it after a librarian he once knew. Quwren has held onto this throughout the years.

Name: R.O.S.E.N.
Acronym for: Reality Offsetting Sensory Exploitation Nodes
Concept: Subsonic Hypnotic Field Array.
Capability: Small spheres roughly the size of marbles which emit subsonic frequencies that can be programmed to induce a number of effects in species with a noteworthy sense of hearing or vibration. Some of the most common of these effects include disorientation, nausea, weariness, anxiety or subtle hypnotic suggestion.
Origin: The Planet Ons*. Taken originally from the Ons*djhaviir star pirates, who would launch them in a pressurized hull injector that would pierce a vessel, seal the hole around itself, then release a heap of them and use them in order to incapacitate spaceship crews and allow the Ons*djhaviir to pillage their vessels before vanishing without a trace. When they attempted this on a vessel on which Q was staying the captain proved resistant and slew the onboarders. Q later traded a case of the nodes for a fistful of Valm, a type of fuel used as a currency on that side of the universe. Some were collected by The Agent after Q used them to get away from him. Some were also gifted to Action Jack as an experiment. Some are placed around Maless’ home to prevent intrusion. Quwren named the devices after a Kelvach stage-singer whose work he enjoyed.

Name: C.L.I.A.
Acronym for: Crystalline Light Ionizing Armament
Concept: Ion Pistol
Capability: Focuses light to the point it begins to form superheated crystalline fragments on or inside of skin, bones, armor or other material which will burn through a target at a range of roughly 412 feet before reverting to a non-solid state, leaving no impact or exit wounds. Extended focus has been known to vaporize targets.
Origin: The Planet Arun. Invented by the Arunax military. Literally just a space gun. Quwren was held up at gunpoint by a trio of idiots and wound up taking one from each of them. He still owns one, one was broken and lost, and one was taken by The Agent some time ago. Quwren named the Clias after an Arunax policewoman who nearly arrested him on several occasions.

Name: S.P.H.A.R.O.S.S.
Acronym for: Station Producing Hydrophobic Aromatic Reality Obfuscating Synthetic Skin.
Concept: Skin Suit Machine
Capability: Essentially a 3d modeling machine building custom patterned skin, hair, nails and other external substructures from mostly recycled materials.
Origin: The planet Bhruk. The aquatic lifeforms who inhabited this world would use these false skins to contain moisture and allow them to travel on land. Quwren stole this in order to create horrifying disguises to chase and scare people with, originally, and later saw the merit of using it to blend in with the populace of various worlds and more subtly instigate fear. He named it after a fungal spore colony famous for their acting in many colonies on the edge of the known universe.

Name: D.E.L.I.O.N.
Acronym for: Direct Encoded Light Illusory Obfuscation Nexus
Concept: Personal Hologram Technology
Capability: Allows an individual to encode light diodes to project specific images, effectively producing personalized holograms.
Origin: Unknown. Fairly bog-standard alien tech found in a trash-heap on the asteroid where Q grew up. Named after another Anon whose ass he kicked to get it. This was to be given to Maless as their unique angulature would make a traditional synth-suit difficult to pass as human with.
Current Status: Active
Current Owner: Quwren or Maless? I don’t remember if Q actually had a chance to give this to Mal before the apocalypse or not.

Name: E.M.M.A.
Acronym for: Evolving Machine Mind Analogue
Concept: Artificial Intelligence Matrix
Capability: A machine which is capable of infecting significantly advanced machinery with artificial intelligence and the ability to grow, learn and adapt.
Origin: The planet Eustelle. Created by an artificial intelligence known as The Reflected Rumor, this machine was meant to produce machine life on par with the Rumor itself. Unfortunately the learning proved slower and less advanced than that the Rumor itself was capable of, largely resulting in entities with roughly the intelligence of moderately well-trained house-pets. The Rumor was put down by the great swarming army of the people of Mes, but the technology was used in order to create machine-pets. Quwren bought it at a thrift store after the craze of having robot pets died down. After coming to earth he re-named it after the older woman who ran the projector at the theater where he used to go to feed on the fear of people watching movies and learn human language. A kindred spirit of sorts.

Acronym for: State Change Alteration Glove
Concept: Matter Manipulation
Capability: A bulky six-fingered glove roughly the size of a honda civic capable of shifting matter through the states of solid, liquid, gas, plasma and two others unheard of by humans.
Origin: The planet Zeth. The worldshapers of Zeth used these gloves in order to produce micro-worlds for diminutive species to buy and own. Quwren actually took one after a rather hectic fight with a worldshaper who caught him trying to steal their vehicle. Unfortunately the technology involved is ludicrously intricate, and it broke during the scrap. He has yet to get it working again. After coming to Earth he named it Scag, which is a term for heroin or an older slang term for cigarettes, because attempting to figure it out is a bit of an obsession of his on par with addiction.

Name: P.U.M.A.
Acronym for: Pan-Universal Medical Apparatus
Concept: Futurist Medical Tech
Capability: Adaptive medical machinery capable of understanding the base structure of a lifeform placed upon its table and remodeling itself to suit what tools and techniques might be required in order to safely operate on them. Emphasis on might be; the machine has no actual intelligence, merely an in-depth catalog of medical techniques and body structures, and as such a skilled operator is necessary in order to make full use of its adaptiveness.
Origin: The planet Sovvern. Created on the utopia-like world of Sovvern as part of their pan-universal health care system. Quwren found the remains of one in the wreckage of a Sovverni emergency vessel that hit an asteroid in orbit. After reaching Earth he renamed it Puma because the console looked a bit like the outline of a cat’s head.
Current Status: Destroyed in a fit of anger by the original Quwren when it proved incapable of removing his brain parasites.

Name: L.E.S.T.A.V.I.
Acronym for: Life Experience Storage Terminal Allowing Virtual Immortality
Concept: Whole Brain Emulation
Capability:
Origin: The planet Azrivaad. For those seeking the ultimate escape, the people of the pleasure planet Azrivaad created a machine which could upload a user’s mind, storing it in an inert status indefinitely or providing it a false sensory experience of a life of excess and excitement at the user’s leisure. Such was the intention at least. Quwren found a discarded prototype and with much effort and re-tinkering managed to get aspects of its functions to work, but never went back to Azrivaad after that venture and has no idea if the people of that world likewise managed to get it to work. He named it Lestavi because it is the rough equivalent of the concept of a ‘ghost’ or ‘spirit’ in the Azrivaadan language.
Current Status: Inoperable after being used for Project Rebirth.

Name: V.E.D.I.S.
Acronym for: Vital Energy Desolation Issuance Spike.
Concept: Doomsday weapon
Capability: Wipe out all life in an unspecified radius.
Origin: The planet Ilvernal. A young(?) Quwren Arkhas historically used ten of these to hold the planet Ilvernal hostage after finding out about them, intending to feast for months off of the ensuing fear and chaos, rigging the trigger to go out should his core expire and informing the planet’s inhabitants as such. That was the plan. The devices proved much more complex than he had initially expected, and the planet of Ilvernal was left with only two survivors; Quwren himself, and an Ilvernal named Roh who happened to be on the exact opposite position on the planet from him at the time of detonation. When he fled the world he still had one of the weapons left, the rest he made absolutely certain were destroyed. He named the device after a sentient black hole he’s once read a story about.
